The regular meeting of the LONG ISLAND EMERGENCY VEHICLE TECHNICIANS was held on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at the Wantagh Fire Department. About fifty members in attendance enjoyed the excellent dinner and desserts.

Another in LIEVT's ongoing series of training sessions is planned which will cover Ford 6.0L, 6.4L, and 6.7L diesel engines with a small fleet overview to repairs.

An excellent dinner was served to the fifty some attendees. This meeting was planned for November but was cancelled after Sandy struck Long Island and caused such devestation.
