The regular meeting of LIEVT was held at the Wantagh Fire Department on Thursday, June 29, 2017. The excellent annual barbeque was done by the members of Wantagh. Billy Graves of American Hose provided the provisions for the dinner which included hamburgers, franks, sausages and salads. The attendees were made to feel welcome by the Commissioners and members of Wantagh. The cooks were presented with our new embroidered Chefs’ hats.

The regular meeting of LIEVT was held at the West Hempstead Fire District headquarters on Thursday, April 20, 2017. Fifty some members enjoyed an excellent dinner and were made to feel welcome by the West Hempstead officers and men.

The regular meeting of LIEVT was held at the Bay Shore Fire District on Thursday, March 23, 2017. The February 9 meeting was canceled because of a heavy snowfall. The members enjoyed an excellent dinner and were made to feel welcome by the Bay Shore officers and men. The president, Bill D'Alessandro and the Vice-President, Danny Peluso were not able to attend. Kit Cafaro and Barbara Connolly conducted the meeting.
