Minutes of the April 2024 Meeting
This month's meeting held at the Copiague Fire Headquarters on Thursday April 11. The meeting was called to order by President Manetta with a salute to the flag followed by a moment of silence at 19:55 hours with 21 members present.

Barbara discussed moving the Association finances out of Teachers Federal Credit Union and into Suffolk County Federal Credit Union, there were no objections from the membership.

There are still members that owe the Association dues, please check with Barbara and speak with whoever is responsible for forwarding us a check or Voucher as we really should not have to chase anyone down for money.

As always we continue to request input from the membership regarding class content or names of vendors or manufacturer Reps that would be able to provide training on their products.

Due to the continued lack of members offering the Association their Firehouses to hold meetings this month once again found us in Copiague. Because of the frequency of using this house the Association provided the night's refreshments.

Jeff Gaskin provided a PowerPoint and discussion with regard to Remounting, Repurposing, and Refurbishing Apparatus, bringing many good points to us for our consideration.
