Their presentation will include the 2007 medium and heavy duty diesel emission standards and the technology used to comply with EPA standards as well as time for questions from the members.

HALE PUMP DAY – Friday, April 27 at the Nassau County Fire Service Academy. A pump specialist from HALE PUMP will cover everything from basic theory; daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance to trouble shooting and solving problems you have while you are testing. There will be a charge of $30. for lunch. RSVP is a must. More information will be available at the Elmont meeting.

EVT Preparation, Registration and Test - Chris Lo Preto, our member who moonlights as a college instructor, is making arrangements for the next classes and test. Refer to www.lievt.org – the information will be posted as soon as it is available.
